I may be impatient
With people who don’t care
Especially since they need
So much from those who dare
I still love you
Your behavior may be droll
But your potential is ever there
For that moment that you care
I have learned many things
I have always cared
It just didn’t show in all ways
I probably was too judgmental
I know you may have injured wings
It could be you don’t know how to soar
It could be you think it’s best to roar
I am one to help with healing
I still love you
Your behavior may be a bore
You have much to learn
I have much to learn, too
We all get distracted from time to time
There is no one who is perfect
Some of us know to be caring
Others of us have yet to learn
True love is only with true love
The rest is just physical banality
Part of an unfit personality
I am one to help with healing
I’ve learned not to judge you
I do analyze your behavior
What you say and try to do
It is not just more labor
I still love you
I have hope for you
I care for all as I should
I just hope you also would
You can still live your life
No one is telling you to stop
It is more of an attitude
It’s not about careless latitude
So, just find a way to care
Find a way to care for all
Find a way to care for Earth
Find a way to love creation
It’s really all I can ask
I don’t judge you for your past
You aren’t expected to be perfect
I am here for your healing to last
Now to many I have no quarrel
They are way ahead of me
They may already be traveling
Where someday we will be
I still love you
I have hope for you
I care for all as I should
I just hope you also would
